This Seungjachongtong is a cylinder-type weapon designed and produced by General Kim Ji who successively served as Jeolla Left Naval Commander and Kyeongsang Army Commander from 1575(the 8th year of the rein of King Seonjo) to 1578. It played a great role in getting under the revolt of Nitanggae in 1583.
