This is a royal mandate with which King Seonjo ordered Admiral Yi to accomplish his given duties.

15 February 1591(the 24th year of the rein of King Seojo) when serving as JeoIla Left Naval Commander.

Second :

4 July 1594 (the 27th year of the rein of King Seonjo) when serving as Supreme Naval Commander of the Three Procinces
